- Trustee Update April 2007Posted on: 2007-04-09First I would like to thank Cole Edwards for putting this together. We are going to keep this web site updated with current events in the subdivision.
Our new subdivision sign was vandalized a few weeks ago. We are asking anyone with information to please let us know. A reward is being offered for information regarding the vandalism.
We are definitely excited about things to come. Landscaping will begin within the next three weeks around the new sign and along the entrance of the subdivion. After reviewing several landscaping contractors, Wiese Nursery has been selected to do the work.
You will also receive annual assesments around the 15th of April. They will be due no later than June 1st. If the assesment is not paid on or before June 1st, a lean will be placed on the homeowners property. Letters are also being mailed on past assesments not paid from the previous years.
Please feel free to voice your comments, questions or concerns. We understand how difficult it may be to attend subdivision meetings and we hope this will make it easier for you to keep up with what is going on in your subdivsion.
Many thanks to all who have made improvements on your homes and on our subdivision. Lets keep things headed in the right direction and we will all benefit greatly moving forward!
